Custom Architectural and House Renderings
You can order a custom rendering of your home or a building that you just love! Below are examples of both pen & ink renderings and watercolor renderings.

Here's how to order:

Choose either pen & ink or watercolor.

Decide what size you would like(image size only) 9" x 12" or 11" x 14". Custom sizes are available upon request.

Please send 2 - 5 clear photos that have strong shadows and show the best features of the house/building.

Fill out the form below and submit it with your photographs.

For custom sizes, a quote will be sent to you. (The price of standard sizes are below in the form)

Before beginning the work, a non-refundable deposit of 33% of the price is required via Venmo or PayPal.

When the piece is completed, a photo will be emailed for your approval.

If you approve, please send the balance - 2/3 of the quoted price plus the shipping cost (and 7% sales tax if you are in the state of PA) via Venmo or PayPal.

Once the balance due and shipping cost (and 7% sales tax if you are in the state of PA) are received, your completed artwork will be
shipped to you.
